Depends what I'm having it with.

For a cheese sauce with steak it has to be blue cheese, if it's cheese and crackers though I'm partial to a bit of Wensleydale with cranberries

A strong mature cheddar is the fav.

A bit of brie, and recently stilton, never used to like it.

Every now and then I'll buy a cheese selection and crackers and just pig out.

Love cheese, mmmmm!

Think it'd be Stilton but it does remind me of Christmas so a bit odd when weather hot.

Strong rather than mild.

I adore cheese but my favourite is a local cheese made by a friend of mine.

Nettle cheese, it's orgasmic.

You can feck off with all that runny, smelly shite!

Quality mature cheddar, Wensleydale (without anything in it), Gloucester...

But tops is an aged Manchego, red pepper chutney, salted butter and fresh baked bread still hot. Just add a Condensada and it's perfect

Stilton would always be my first preference, but faced with a choice where I could only ever have one type of cheese for the rest of my life it would be the humble and much maligned Red Leicester.....

But I'd surely spend a lot of time lamenting how much I miss Feta and Parmesan

I'm quite boring when it comes to cheese. I tend to stick to mature cheddar but also like red Leicester, roulé, mozzarella and feta.

Won't touch anything that has mould or a strong smell though.
