"I love to keep my pf muscles toned but im so so lazy about doing the exercises so I took the plunge and bought an electro stimulator Im quite excited to try it as im quite tight already so god help who i sleep with next it it works well.. Well ive not had kids so im just hoping it makes me tighter and that as i age i dont have any problems in the future.. Better to prevent than cure.. Great to see a good review on them | |||
