My dogs are going crazy with the f---king fireworks, anyone else suffering? Poor doggies

We live in quite a rural area and there's shotguns and bird scarers going off all day long so our dog doesn't even flinch when a firework goes off.

Sadly though, it's not the same for everyone. Just turn the telly up and try to keep your dog entertained until the fireworks finish

My cat is pressed so closely to my leg I think he may actually prefer to be inside me than sat next to me. Pour soul.

this year is the first year where ive got dogs that arnt frightened by the fireworks

All the dogs i have had in the past have been frighted silly by them

its not fair for them because they dont understand where the noise is comming from

now i love firworks but i do think that they should be kept to bonfire night and to organised displays

at least them the poor dogs will only have one night to cope with and not days or weeks of being frightend

sorry im being a kill joy but im just thinking of the poor animals

My dog loves fireworks. As soon as she hears them she wants to go outside and run up and down the garden barking and wagging her tail. Shes a springer spaniel so enough said, daft as a brush

we tryed that last year, didnt work with ours, maybe we just have very screwed up dogs
