I suffer it terribly more so when all those yellow rapeseed fields are growing. That's my trigger. I use Boots own nasal spray and eye drops. Cos tablets don't work for me!

Mine has been a right bastard this week. It's quite late for me to be bad with it though, so hope it eases off soon!

I seem to recall hearing something on the tv about the pollen count being particularly high this week.

I think they were giving advice to those with hayfever on how to manage symptoms these next few days but I missed the segment.

Fellow sufferers here. Got some eye drops today.

I've been ok all year so far, but today it started, runny nose and sneezing this morning, so had to nip out from work to the chemist for some hayfever tablets, they seemed to do the trick and stopped the symptoms so all is good now.

Source some locally produced honey, you'll feel better after eating some.

If you go to your doctor they can do a test to see what pollen you are allergic too.

At the moment grass pollen is very high. If it's not cloudy people don't suffer as much as the pollen can climb higher as it is not blocked in by the clouds.

Night time you should close your windows and asthma sufferers please be extra careful.

I have already been to one asthma attack this morning!

Over the counter antihistamines are good but should be taken days before a high pollen count.

Eye drops help clear the pollen from the eyes but very short term.

Nasal sprays well...

Place your head over a hot bowl of water with a towel over your head or have a hot shower with lots of steam

But if it works for you then use it. Airwaves chewing gum helps me clear my nose. X

I got some Allercrom eye drops yesterday and they are helping.
