Has anyone had one? What made you do it? Are you happy with the results? Can guys tell they aren't real? Do you have loss of sensation anywhere?

Pros and cons please.

My breasts were not remotely sensitive before I had my boob job. Now I have permanently erect nipples which are super sensitive. It's marvellous!

My surgeon told me to expect either increased or decreased sensitivity, which can be temporary or permanent. Everyone's different. I suppose I was just lucky with mine.

I'd recommend them. I adore my breasts and I'm told they feel lovely. They also stay where they should when I lie down, which is always nice!

The only con is the cost of the operation.

Yes I did. I had one boob massively different to the other and was so self conscious even long term partners never saw them. I'm over the moon with them and would of gone bigger if I could but I went as big as I could without the glued on football look lol. Most people Ive met know they are fake beforehand but no ones ever said they look/feel bad.

I didn't have much sensation beforehand and it's no different now

Fhe couple of ladies I've met who had implants both had sensitive nipples, having felt both natural and enhanced the feel was different tonon enhanced boobs . It made the ladies feel more confident which can only be a good thing.

Love my boob job, post op coming up 6 weeks now and the only down side for me is not bring able to lift weights at the gym

Had mine done 8 years ago and under the advice of my surgeon I went with the size he suggested, I wish now I had gone against his advice and had bigger implants. I had no breast tissue so had to have sub muscular implants (behind the chest muscle) no problems but wish I went bigger. No complaints from guys.

I've been with 2 women who had boob jobs, the first I didn't even know until I complemented her on them as I was licking them.

The second was someone who is/was on here more obvious but still fucking great!

Im treating myself to a boob job for my 30th birthday. They are ok now just a bit small for my preference, so when im 30 i'll have given them plenty of chance to grow before i help them out
