Mark grist vs blizzard is awesome " Love battle rap, even got the kids listening to it. Some of the best early stuff (late seventies ealy eighties)came from the battles between mc's. "Repetitive nonsensical music is played on mainstream radio stations as a form of programming to dumb down the listeners. There's a sinister element of mind control and also the obvious tactic of promoting specific record labels artists to make these labels the most money. Real Hip-Hop, in terms of great new and old artists, is still thriving today with great tracks and albums being released and live performances across the globe. But you have to search for it because you absolutely will never hear these artists music on mainstream stations during the day. If anyone is willing to give some thought provoking British lyricists a try, I'd recommend. Lowkey Akala" Northern structure the mouse outfit the bluntskins lunar c | |||
