Vivienne Westwood removed Margaret Thatchers scalp using her own fingernails whilst she was still alive, and now wears it as a gruesome wig?

Looking at the last picture I saw of her, Westwood not Thatcher, I fear it might be true. Part of the old cow might still be alive!!!
