Ever had a football in the gentleman's area? No contest in terms of short term pain.

Although a nagging lasting toothache can really grind you down, hope it sorts itself out soon!

Take pain killers and ibuprofen heat up some salt in a sock in the microwave (dont burn )hold over the sore area maybe under a towel.

oil of clove supposed to work but people dont usually keep that in. should help til you get to dentist

Try plantar fasciitis, like being stabbed in the sole of the foot with every step. Got insteps and lost a few stone and its fine now.

Tootaches a bastard though, had it as a kid from a stamp on the face at football, cant avoid it, as you have to eat/drink.

Plantar facitis is terrible excruciating pain , but then I hot a toothache /infection from a fractured tooth just as bad same as earache Oh and period pain!!

If you're able to take antiinflammatory meds, ibuprofen should help to relieve it. You can take paracetamol and or codeine at the same time.

Worth checking out if 24 hour shops sell cloves - never tried it and it's an acquired taste, but potentially fantastic as a remedy.

NHS dentists provide 24/7 cover as part of their contract, if it's intolerable.

Boots etc sell temporary fillings you make yourself, if it's a cavity issue - no drilling required.

Sensitive toothpaste used a few times may provide a bit of relief - it depends on the cause.

If its an abscess, hot very salty water kept in your mouth will help to reduce it and the pain. It also kills infection.

You can get lidocaine gel, which is anaesthetic and numbs your mouth - available at boots etc. Excellent short lasting suspension of agony.
