I twiddle, (play with my hair) at least when its long enough, stupid habit. So normally have a grade 4 all over to stop it, lol.

I used to bite my nails and always got past the skin that protects the layer under the nail

I also stopped biting them as I didnt want my kids biting them like I did

however on an odd occasion the nail annoys me digging into skin that I will bite it off
