"Old jamaican" rum and raisin chocolate. There's a nice old sweet shop near me that still has a multitude of jars filled with all those favourites, fruit salads and black jacks, cola cubes, oh the list is endless. Next time op, spread a little garlic and tomato puree on your bread first. . . . .instant pizza!!!

cheese grated onion sliced bit of cayenne or black pepper dash of milk then toasted on fresh bread.

or

onion and garlic reduced in a pan then 1 red pepper 1 green pepper salt & pepper take off the heat

2 tblsp of paprika add 4 eggs put back on low heat covered for 5 mins=

heaven for breakfast
