A mate of mine is a fitness instructor and he trained Leo for the Beach. I always tease him by saying more like the car scene in Titanic!

Finally got round to watching "the imitation game"

Benedict was flawless as always, brilliant casting choices for the rest and humbling look back at how we've moved forward as a society.

For men television show are starting to replace films as primary interest and storyline telling media asked they can go so much deeper into the characters and don't have to rush the plot along.

Some great shows at the minute too Hannibal, game of thrones, American horror story, orange is the new black, the walking dead to name a few and lots not forget them epic storytelling that was breaking bad.

The Long Good Friday is another excellent one that captured the spirit of the early development of London Docklands in 1979 and was one of the late Bob Hoskins' finest roles
