make a serious effort and loose a few pounds now in the run up to the festive season or say "to hell with it" and start after Christmas knowing it is going to be sooo much harder?

Make a serious effort to have lots and lots of active sex and burn all those calories, simples!

Then, eat what you like!

just do it when & if you want to, regardless of the time of year,and concentrate on having fun at Xmas(or any other time of the year come to think of it!)

having said that about 5 people have said that i look like i have lost weight recently - i think i love them

Evidently, memory foam mattresses make you burn more calories than the old springs ... ?
