Directing room warning message?

Can someone explain why the warning message comes up about not directing people when you are in the directing room? Confused!

I can, but then I'd have to kill you.

Ah, go on then!! Basically you can't direct people, so "shows us yer tits" and "get yer knob out" are unacceptable (and grammatically poor).

If you want to direct someone's actions then go in the room called Directing and knock yourself out, or knock one out or whatever.
