People are supportive in the forums generally and you'll largely see the message around the site that you single men have the hardest job her, trying to meet people etc.

Consider adding some detail on your profile, such as your first language and maybe how long you've lived in the UK. That would help explain any language issues.

Most users will look at your profile, perhaps before they've read your messages, so if your profile is good, then it will help you.

You do look good, so there will potentially be many people here who will be open to finding you attractive.
