Coffee, fresh never instant, black, demerara sugar 2 up till about 2pm.

After that peppermint tea, liquorice tea and before bed camomile tea.

If I fancy normal tea, it has to be strong Yorkshire tea, a dash of milk added after the water and 2 sugars white.

Coffee, espressed, fresh and often with steamed hot milk. 1 sugar.

Tea, made in a pot, not too strong (a nice lively golden colour), no sugar, milk first.

It's a horrible story, the wild animals are now kept in captivity and force fed the beans to keep up with international demand. It has only happened since the coffee got so popular.
