have you ever broken one? how did you feel about it when you did?

and if you make one with every intention of keeping it but then cant keep it because of reasons that were out of your hands do you get a free pass?

I felt gutted the last time I couldn't keep one. Out of my control though. . I don't make threats either, I just do it there and then!

A promise is easy to make its keeping it that's important....

I think the last time I promised anything it was to my mum and I promised to be a good boy.

It's a word that rarely enters my vocabulary.

Depends on d promise and d individual circumstances.....there are acceptable exceptions to every rule, so hard to to say without d details. .

I have had that many broken promises made to me over the years that you just thinks promises are not worth the paper they are written on
