Apparently, yes it does.

For example, I have heard that eating pineapple or Lemon bonbons can make it taste sweeter.

Even licking someone's skin lets you taste their diet, so it makes sense that cum will taste too. Some cum is just better than other cum.

Eating something delicious, if the rest of your intake is crap, may help improve it but won't transform it to world class vintage jizz.
