I have sent a message via the contact us link regarding a problem I am having. It is nothing like anything under FAQ. How will they reply to me? Will it be in the standard inbox or via email etc? Will I even get a reply?

Depends on the problem, admin have 1000's of messages/reports to deal with. Far too many to answer all....

Trying to make new profile for gf and me, but after filling in interests etc. Im asked for verification pic. When i try to upload it, it says "we're not accepting uploads at the moment." Been saying same thing for last 3 days and I can't access any other parts of the site until I upload the picture.

Ive tried using a different email address, different computer and different IP address to make the account from. Nothing seems to be working

Look, face it, they are just not interested in you, your not what they are looking for. Just leave it and move on somewhere on here, apparently, there is somebody for everybody even ugly munters like me
