Thought i'd won the Lottery today.

There was i, paying for a presciption, and bugger me if there was not another punter also paying. Never known that happen before. Not, i may add, the huge blob of a 20+ year old filling own face with a meat pie.

Wouldn't it be a fairer system if you got the first two per year free of charge?
