Yes. But not what I'd call a quality meet. Ie, if i want to have sex with a man in a car i could meet everyday. I don't want to do this so meets are more tricky. Still easier than meeting women. But to be fair there are very few women local to me that i would consider meeting.

I really wouldn't know as i'm not that way inclined and I have filters on which prevent men from contacting me.

I wasn't actually trying to complain about unwanted attention, rather responding to the OP's original question.

Just that a couple if you chose to pick upon my comments and somehow insinuate that it is unreasonable for me to be uncomfortable about some things.

All I'm saying is if you get into the mindset that it doesn't matter who looks at your profile, you might enjoy fab a bit more. You mentioned feelings and being uncomfortable so I thought I'd ask. I wasn't patronizing you and I'm sorry it came across that way. Thats more a function of the limitations of typing rather than anything else.

I am not at all homophobic. I believe in equal rights for all, whether straight, gay, bi, trans or whatever.

I have the utmost respect for the choices and preferences and so on of others, and yet, it would seem from the bullying types that have decided to pick up on some comments that I made in response to the initial question of this thread - in which I was simply addressing a _iew on the question of the difference between the ease or difficulties of a man attracting either another man or a woman - patronising me about how the site works, what I should be expected to put up with and quite frankly suggesting that I should be grateful of the attention.

Why?

Let's go back to the comment I have just made about equality shall we?

How about others showing some respect for my choices and preferences eh?

And by this i'm not trying to get into the argument about people in chat rooms not knowing someone's sexuality etc. I'm talking about those within the forums who feel that they have some kind of divine right to tell others how they should be using fab and what they must put up with etc.

Who on earth do you people think you are?

Up until this morning I have thoroughly enjoyed my past 2 years on fab. I've been comfortable and happy with everything. I've learned how it works.

One thing I will not tolerate though, is bullying.

I think that is a huge over reaction. The word "homophobic" is used willy nilly at times, if you say you won't meet bi men you get accused of it too.

Maybe people should just accept that not all " straight" men or women for that matter want to be approached/ looked at by bi men or women and stop being defensive when the subject arises.

I find some things that other people like or dislike really odd, but I respect that everyone is different and that different people like different things and that maybe some things I quite like might not be to the taste of others.

It would seem that some comments in my initial post on this thread have been taken completely out of context.

I mentioned that I was put off of using the chat rooms because of the number of men that _iew me in there, particularly after I have made a comment directed toward the women folk in the chat room.

This has led to a number of, quite frankly, rather offensive comments towards me which demonstrates a complete lack of respect for my personal preferences.

For the record, I have no problem with gay or bi-sexual men. I even have some personal friends who are gay.

I have no problem with gay or bi-sexual men _iewing my profile or indeed fabbing any of my pictures. It has been made perfectly clear in my profile, however, that I have no interest in them.

The comment I made relates only to the chat rooms. I can not explain why I feel uncomfortable when a single male _iews my cam, but I do.

Is that OK with you lot?

It would seem that there are a select few - and I emphasise the word FEW - gay or bi-sexual men who for some reason, known only to themselves, feel the need to ram their sexuality down the throats of others.

The comments that have been made towards me echo this. I have seen comments made on other threads in the past that support this, and I have also seen similar comments by women, both in the forums and in statuses, that indicate that there are also a select number of straight men who also seem incapable of taking a subtle hint.

The point I am trying to make here is that there seem to be a number of men, irrespective of sexuality, who lack respect for others personal preferences or choices.

How many times have we read comments from women about men sending abusive messages following a rejection message?

This site is supposed to be fun. And up until this morning, it has been.

Everyone is entitled to an opinion, but just because you disagree with mine, doesn't make yours any more important.

I'm not pointing fingers at anyone in particular here, it would be wrong of me to do so, but just consider that we are all here for our own reasons and our own enjoyment, so please let's all grow up and show a little respect.
