Shouldn't have gone to uni, it was fun but it wasn't the right time for me and really didn't help.

Wish I'd come straight to this place would also have been roughly 250k better off from the wages I would have earned from 16.

There are many things i've done in my life, choices i've made that most would think that I would regret, but the truth is, I regret nothing.

Not even the relationship I had with the psychopathic bitch from hell.

Even though I suffered 5 years of emotional and psychological abuse from her, I have two wonderful children as a result of the relationship, and so to say I regret being with her would, in my mind, be equal to say that I regret my children.

And I can't do that.

Everything that I've done and been thrpugh is what has shaped me into who I am today

on the road to nowhere in particular

If I had the opportunity to change anything, the chances are it would have been a short term gain which would have led me away from the contentment that I have now.

Would of? Could of? Should of? Life's regrets are our own futures solutions, as long as we don't forget. For me, I hurt someone recently that I really like, I would like to change that

I wish I had cut my parents off much earlier in my life than I did. And similarly I wish I'd moved away from Birmingham years before I did.

That said I'm happy with my lot right now so it's all worked out in the end

As much as I would like to say I wouldn't change anything (as I think it shapes who we are) - Not even the abusive relationship or the years of staying with someone who made me unhappy, there is ONE thing I'd like to change in relation to the birth of my Son. I'd go back and give the midwives and surgical staff a kick up the arse.

its a tough one as I had one friend where he permanently went on about what he regretted not doing to the point he had to see a councillor over it.

Its not good for your well being to regret what you cant change

I have no regrets.

I've made a lot of mistakes and fucked off a lot of people, but there's no point worrying about it.

Not getting off my backside sooner and realising that waiting for and pandering to everyone else's wants will not get me anywhere.

So much wasted time caused by worrying about everyone else and putting their views of how I should be living my life before my own.

Oh well, I can't change my past but I'm going to have a bloody good go at not wasting my future!

I regret getting married. I knew walking up the aisle that I shouldn't but went through with it anyway as I felt it was "the right thing to do".

Separated 4 years and happy out now!

don't think Ii have any REAL regrets -I think I've managed to "cancel" most, if not all potential regret-candidates by just realising that if Ii were in the same place, at the same time, with the same knowledge and the same information available, my decision would have been the same.. I might not always make good or wise decisons, but they are always logic/information based or just what I wanted at the time.

I might catch myself thinking "I wish I hadnt done this or decided that", but it's not a regret. That would (for me) be a decision or action I took whenI knew it was a bad one, orI acted ag against information known at the time.. in whichcase I Had my chance and I knew better at the time, what did I expect.

surprisingly powerful reasoning, actual;y. I recommend it.

If we dont make mistakes we dont learn from them, hard to look back for anyone an not have regrets, but just remember everyone its never too late to make a change or persue a dream.. Age is a state of mind, never too old for anything x

Oh the list is endless.....but every decision made, every choice taken (or not) has lead me to the life I now have. I'm blessed to have found a man who I love with all my heart & fancy with all my being. I have an amazing son and grandchild. I have wonderful friends. I have a successful business...so I consider myself blessed.
