Hi is anyone else getting alot of messages from people many miles away from you and 99% no chance of meeting or is it just me ? Thanks in advance for any replys

We get loads and i fine at times the best way is meeting them is going a clubs like chams can just have a chat or a flirt is click alot more, takes us over 2 hours to get there we stay over in hotel and just make a weekend of meeting new people.

We do travel between Cornwall and West Mids, and have friends all over the country that we have met by going to regular socials

We got a message and friend request from a young "couple" in Scotland.

The amusing thing was there were two pic's............both of him!

He must have thought our heads buttoned up the back!

depends on what you call "miles away"....I'll give you an example

being a new york kid.... i use to go every so often along the jersey shore to atlantic city and to philly....

because i come from a big place that to me was local....

but because we come from in effect a small island the distance seems greater.....

the same distance between nyc and philly is the same distance between london and bristol.... or london and birmingham.....

if distance is such an issue, it may be worth putting in your profile.... but what I am trying to get across is that it is all "subjective"

Just remembered, we got one from a couple in Orange,California.

We saved them in our Hotlist in the unlikely event we go for a holiday.

Would travel all over uk for the right meets with the right people...

Altho it would be a planned weekend or night away etc..

Britain is not that big !!! or has the price of petrol killed travelling swingers ??

no just some of us cannot the petrol to travel far

well as I have young kids I cant travel as I wont leave my lot over night till they are older as yummy as some of the people that leave messages are lol ,thank you all for replys xxx

I work on average 12 hour days. I also have family and friends outside swinging and my time for playing is limited.

That's why I have local on my profile. That said however, from where I live in south east London, to get to north London where the main line stations are takes longer than getting to Birmingham and Manchester. It's eight miles door to door home to work. In the car during rush hour: 90 minutes!

However, I think it's daft men in Scotland, Wales etc contacting me as the first meet is always social: long way to come for a cappuccino!
