I fell 20ft down my crane ladder in 2003, luckily the safety cage broke my fall,,unfortunately it broke my ankle and wrist too

Ladders are off my list of things to do before I die. I have no head for heights. I use my hose and I put my arm out of the windows with a small squeegee to do the outside of my windows.

Away with the fairies (Liverpool to you)

I have fallen over nothing a few times and broke my ankle each time.....once was right in front of a police station and they all came running over to help me - you should call the police before you start to make sure you have ample assistance and you wouldn't believe how fast the ambulance was when the police called it - my top tip of the day

Noticed a bit of the guttering has come away from the joint, but just a bit to hi to mess around with it.
