Hey guys, a little input please.

If a club had a dress code of : ‘Metal Dudes and Rock chicks’

would you understand what to wear?

Would you find that offensive?

Can you think of a better way of describing it?

What it says, Metal dudes and rock chicks.

Think metallica, black sabbath, Motorhead.

I'd wonder why the guys were presumed to me into metal and the 'chicks' into rock, but I'd assume that something generally 80s rock music inspired would be what they were after.

There is such a broad section to styles in the rock/metal scene. It could mean anything. You have already said what you meant so no point me answering now lol. For the record I'd have said 80's style. Denim or leather on both the dudes and the chicks

Seriously though, as long as you are cool with the scene it shouldn't matter what you wear.

As a biker and Rock&Blues lover, I bought one of ma ex's a leather dress which she looked rather hot in especially when she strutted her stuff on the dancefloor

We are trying to find a way of letting people know that's it's cool to dress in what you feel right in and not what the "norm" is for clubs

So a suit if that's your thing is cool but so are combats if they are clean
