I have a blister on my foot. It's the first one I've had for many years.

Any advice on the best way to deal with it? To pop or not to pop?

Needle and thread. Put the needle right through the blister leaving some thread on both sides. This helps drain the blister. Works everytime!

get a tiny needle with a bit on cotton on it..push the needle and cotton through the blister..then cut off the needle leaving the cotton in..the cotton will then act as a drain and get all the water out of the blister..my friend told me about this and he is ex SAS..it realy works..iv tried it lots of times..good luck
