My Firefly boxset is the worst. Not only have to go through the DVD intro, then the menu, then pick the episode, then pick play. I just want to watch them in order!!

I don't really do box sets. I did one recently and discovered that it wouldn't let me whizz past the title sequence and catch up. Tedious.

I'll stick to recording what I want to watch and then splurging on a three day marathon.

I despise the ones that don't have a Play All option on the menu so you have to play each episode individually

All boxsets need this option on the main screen.

And make the cursor obvious too. Not some poxy little dot.

It's all the anti-piracy guff, that you usually can't skip over on first play, that you wouldn't have to put up with if you had actually obtained a pirate copy or downloaded the series.

Oh and the rip offs. Get home with your nice box set of the fifth season of Breaking Bad. Nowhere does it say part one (or that it's actually the complete 5th season) but it's only half the flaming episodes.
