For those of you with adult children, how would you feel if you learned they were working in porn?" My son told me about his film escapades in San Fransisco when he came back from a *modelling trip in his mid 20's after finishing Uni..LOL led astray by Aiden Shaw.. By that time I had become totally chilled over anything he had been up too. My theory had become I would rather know what you up to , than have cops at my door sayin he was dead and me thinking he was an angel. He actually does tell me everything now as it is easier than hiding his previous life style. Now he is 37 he has changed grown up and earning a different sort of living. Women have fought for years to be seen as equal, yet the current trend for violent porn towards women, is at an all time high. Porn showing women in tears, saying ouch, all those things, acting or not, makes them appear vulnerable. And they are paid for it. THAT is a massive issue.

There are countless stories of porn workers abusing alcohol, drugs, failure to develop relationships outside of work, illness, suicide. No I would not want my children working within the sex industry, I find the whole thing degrading. There is a difference between swinging and sex workers, the biggest difference being choice and being in control in swinging. "I have to be honest I would be upset and disappoint if my child chose porn as a career. I would much prefer for them to have a career in medicine, education or something along those lines. I have no issue with people who choose to work in the sex industry, I do however feel sad for those who are exploited by it.
