How do you get that nice sweet glaze on a custard topped fruit tart? Almost finished one and it looks great but would look FAB with a glazed effect.

You can cheat and just put a thin layer of apricot jam on top. But if it's egg custard tart try grating a little nutmeg on top instead x

If you're using apricot jam as a glaze mix it with a small amount of water to thin it down
