Knocked off my bike

After 79 miles and only 10 miles from home on my pushbike for the charity event some assemble hit me in their white transit van near clumber Park! Thankfully I am Ok but my bike tells a different story

It's good that you're ok, the bike can be replaced.

I've been over towards Woodhouse Eves and Barrow Upon-Soar (Leicestershire) today and there were a lot of cyclists about. Most were riding competently but there were a few who obviously wanted to donate organs.

I got knocked off my bike a few years back while i was working by a d*unk driver and had my pelvis broken hurt like hell but the compensation claim was good when it paid out

you'll feel it tomorrow though as you muscles start to decompress

glad your over all ok though

Hope your ok and nowt damaged?,When i worked in Barrow on Soar i trained & raced around Seagrave & The wolds.

2000 when back in Worcs i got hit on my first sunday ride of millenium got 3 punctures that day and when on way back just in Bewdley 7 miles from home now't on the road at all,but a boyracer in a sporty astra shot out of a sideroad and hit me!,12 feet up in the air i went and wrote my bike off and only broke my thumb and sprained a wrist!,must have been the parachute trained saved me from worse but i was unable to work for months!.

I know how you feel as I had the same kinda scenario when I got smashed off by two kids fucking about back in march and my felt roadie of less than a year old got nastied up a bit.

It seems very unjust when the expense falls back on you and you have no recourse against the guilty party.

I kept my cool when it happened cos even tho the kids were being assholes I'm not the kinda guy to lose my cool with them but I can't imagine how fucked off you must be if your ride is totally knackered.
