If Admin think your ban is wrong they will overturn it for you and mail you.

If the ban was the right one and the mod has not got it wrong, the ban stays and you won't hear from them.

Have written to Admin everytime i've received a forum ban, not had one overturned yet so it seems pretty pointless really. Do Admin ever over-rule the mods and remove an unfair ban?

Maybe do the adult thing and if you have a problem with any ban you may have received , do what the forum rules ask and ask Admin to review from the CONTACT page.
