Crusty it's a cob, soft it a bap, oblong it's a roll, it all depends where in the UK you are, it won't offend anyone if you use your loaf when asking

Asda stotties are just large buns.

Only thing in supermarkets which are similar are "oven bottom muffins", but I've seen bakers sell them as oven bottom bread.

Hahahaaaa I work maybe two minutes from there you are a long way from home they are bread rolls to me but then I am too posh to be a scouser according to work mates
