Putting sun cream on your own back

Has anyone got any tips for getting suncream on my back myself?

I always struggle to get it even and all over!

A woman worked outdoors near me. She put a big plastic bag with the bottom cut out over her top half, after a generous application of lotion. The bag was then slid around her, smoothing it around. A similar effect might be achieved with cling film or tin foil, but be careful not to roast with the latter.
