Is it just me that seems to wee LOADS after a cup of tea? yes i know its random but its bugging me.

It also speeds up your metabolism, so if you have a headache always take the tablets with either a cup of tea or coffee, that way they get to work quicker.

after recently seeing a urologist ( in a professional capacity lol) he explained that there is as much caffeine in tea as coffee . especially the " healtthy" fruit teas and green teas I had been drinking ! decaf is the only way forward . also if you're weeing on the night time .. no caffeinated drinks after 2pm x

Being a big fan of watersports, I've always encouraged my play partners to drink as much diet as they like, it seems to have that effect on lots of ladies!
