Virgil for Fabio

Jump to newest

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I've noticed that our resident pundit, Fabio, is once again in hospital.

The last "virgil" for Hottie Bottie was successful and resulted in her retaining her appendix.

So, I'm lighting the tea lights and holding a "virgil" for Fabio. C'mon he deserves more support than an already dead cow.

Make sure the person in charge of the list knows you have missed out on going to the final. All being well they'll keep you to your time slot so that you can see the match.

right.... as you all know i have not been well for quite a bit.... so i was in hospital for a pneumonia.... a few weeks ago i started feeling unwell again so i took myself in... this time they did a full scan... and noticed a huge abcess on my liver (god knows how they missed it last time...) so i had to have an emergency operation to drain that fluid (next time you look at a pint glass/bottle... imagine that full with yukky stuff that was drained!!!)

so now off again for at least a month... i am going to bore you all rigid... i am not allowed to drink alcohol! the antibiotics (almost ended up being fitted with a tube so i would have to do it that way!) i have to take are the size of torquay seagulls and i cant split them.... and they will be jabbing me to take bloods twice a week

Just seen this - take it easy Fabio - it's all about rest and recuperation now - look after yourself and make sure you eat well to keep your strength up x

Glad you are home and sorted, I once had double pneumonia drained via big needle through the ribs, turned out to be a tumour between the lungs aggravating them, but that didn't show up until after they had drained the lungs, sounds like your abscess may have been the cause but masked on the scans the same as mine, hopefully your problems are now solved after a few weeks on drugs and tests.

All the best, and get 100% well soon.
