Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I've just brushed my teeth, which wakes me up so it's at least half an hour before I drift off to sleep. It was a yoga night, which energises me but at least it isn't combined with the full moon (next week for that).

So, I'll be snuggling down with my book soon and then I'll probably see what's happening here for a bit and hopefully I will drift off to sleep somewhere along the line.

Keep the world going for the rest of us.

Been refreshing a parquet floor ready for Saturday. Needs another varnish coat so cleared it with the directors to go back at 10pm to do it. Get there at 20 past due to road work closures to get told by the night staff that they're closing at 11pm no questions, not his problem, more than his jobs worth. So we turned around and came back.

So glad we travelled 80-odd miles, stayed up and made the effort.

Back now watching American Dad waiting forthe man to come back from the shower and give him a destressing back rub.
