It's all in the mind, well most of it. As old as you feel inside

I work with young uns so I get to do silly stuff that makes me feel young all the time...Friday was a space hopper race against a 4 year old, not only did I lose but I fell off and grazed my knees

I play football with some 20 year olds each Sunday, sometimes works!

Lol.

Attitude to life, enjoying sports and pushing my limits (it'll probably do for me one day though as climbing doesn't give many second chances), and just not taking anything too seriously. One life...live it and enjoy it.

I'm surrounded by very fit 18-20 odd year olds.

You're as young as what you're feeling, so keep feeling.

Keep your mind active and flexible.

Keep your skin away from excessive sun exposure though be in daylight for a couple of hours a day, for vitamins.

Plenty of rest and sleep is essential. And a good diet of course.

For looks, shave and short hair even at 44 I have no wrinkles yet and the grey is only slowly encroaching.

For the rest it's attitude, I've a young outlook. I felt older at 25 as a parried out single soldier living in barracks with all the 19 year olds

Was in Hong kong, and was boiling, chucked that dress straight away and went on a diet...

Train hard and train regular. I have monthly fit test I've used for over 20 years. I can still do some tests in the same time I did them 15 years ago
