You can get them reduced but it's a bit of a postcode lottery on the nhs unless your prepared to go private!! Some of the scars on people are pretty rotten too!!

I know I don't have to put up with boulders on my chest, just mini man boobs, but I believe that unless there's a medical reason, then things should be as nature intended!! (just my view)

I was advised to take evening primrose oil capsules by my breast clinic. 2000mg/day for 12 weeks and then 1000mg/day. It helped me a lot.

Hate mine some days.....but wouldn't have them reduced....just wish they'd stop growing.....jesus I'm 50 in August not a teenager !!!

I get vitamin B6 from a herbal shop and it helps by reducing the ache of pre menstrual boobs.....I have been doing it a few years now and if I forget to take them I can feel the difference so they do work for me

The swelling, aching, pain and heat has subsided substantially. They used to get so painful they couldn't be touched
