pffft!! I'm red raw! Never had a problem with it in the past!

Anybody got ice and kisses for my poorly legs??

Shoulda done the testy bit!

Has anyone else had a reaction to veet? And is there another alternative (not shaving/waxing/epilating) that doesn't leave you sore?

I go to a turkish barber who uses a cut throat razor.

No soreness or discomfort at all.

However he's shaving my chops and bonce.

Not sure if he'd do your legs or ahemcoughfoof though.

I recommend the freezer section at the nearest supermarket to help cool you down

I used it once and it made my nipples bleed.

I often use Magic Powder now and aside from the smell there's no drawbacks.

Central

I had some irritation on my legs from it once, though ok at other times. Maybe some antihistamine would help reduce the redness and inflammation?

I'll stick some savlon on it when I get downstairs. No antihistamine in the house it's stinging like mad!

Nether regions of the back of beyond

Magic powder is fab for the sensitive areas, I use the aloe vera one, mix it to a paste, slap it on then 5 mins later shower it off, smooth as and no regrowth itch either

I used the sensitive stuff once and felt like I'd given myself third degree burns. I don't seem to have the same reaction to the standard stuff... Go figure!

I stopped using Veet as it never actually worked for me! Might have a look at this magic powder though!

I used to use the Veet facial stuff to get rid of upper lip fuzz, until it turned the whole lower half of my face bright red with a rash. Never again.

It occasionally makes my bum tingle but that's about it...

near the sounds of the wimborne quarter jack!

I always rub on Germolene containing Local Anasthetic (got a pink stripe on the tube) straight after Veeting and without any delay and have never had a problem!

You're not suppose to use it as a lube
