Things that piss you off

Bit of a long term thing , however, double-decker busses, why the hell havent the designers of busses got used to the fact that men are on average over 6ft these days, i'm sick of smacking my skull off the roof of your busses. Its not like i'm even above average, 6ft2 is almost normal these days.

Supermarkets, bloody cater for us midgets please...

Housing, why did you build your cupboards so high up that i have to use a ladder to put stuff in or take it out.

Can everyone selling things make them cheaper.

Simply because if double decker buses were built to accommodate people on either deck at 6' in height, plus add in the structure if the bus itself and ground clearance the vehicle would not fit under standard bridges.

Buses have always been built to standard height specs to fit under bridges etc. Of course, you don't need to go upstairs, but sit downstairs instead!

People who shout at you from cars and scare the crap out of you, gonna have a heart attack one day from this.

Being scared of my own shadow, night walk and then my own shadow which has now due to lighting and angles has split into two shadows and i think its someone else.

It is very simply really, buses have to drive under bridges and other overhead obstructions like wires.

There is therefore a restriction on the height a bus can be and still be useful.

Incidentaly that is why the upstairs gangway on some buses used to be on the right hand side and lower than the seating area. To allow taller people to walk to a seat without bending too much.

It did mean that people sitting on the right downstairs had to mind their head when leaving their seat.
