Ha Ha Ha, When I used to work night shifts many years ago there was a small quake in Nottinghamshire. I woke up and had this weird sensation. I was half asleep and looked underneath the bed to see if the dog was up to something. It was sounded a bit like the dog sniffing under the bed LOL. It was a weird sensation. I thought. What the fuck is going on, but went back to bed. I only realised what it was when the neighbour told me.

Then another one a few years ago in staffordshire sounded like a lorry had smashed into the house. Again a strange sensation and very memorable.

I woke to one in Germany years ago , the whole flat was shaking and things fell off the wall. The budgie was going bonkers. My husband only woke cos I kicked him and even then he didn't believe me and went back to sleep. He phone me later that day to apologise.

I was in an earthquake that was 7.25 on the Richter Scale. The concrete floor was moving in waves, very strange.
