Gotta make a living somehow. Shocking some men are willing to pay it so they charge it. Finding their life stories interesting and can see why they enjoy having that much control over their own lives.

I've only worked with street workers who were in no position to pay tax, and didn't really earn enough to meet the threshold. However, this programme showed large amounts of cash. It's good to know the majority are paying their taxes.
