After more money being wasted trying to hound Evans, the CPS ruled on Monday that there was insufficient evidence to support a charge that CCTV images featured on the Ched Evans web site could lead to the identification of the female complainant. Anyone of reasonably sound mind could clearly see that she was not identifiable yet it was deemed necessary to waste god knows how much money????

The CCRC review itself should be due for release as well pretty soon.

Presumably, someone made a complaint. In which case it needs to be looked at and a decision made. Can you imagine the uproar if the CPS didn't bother checking it out?

Anyone who looked at the website could see that she could not be identified. Waste of time, money and effort. A complaint brought about through spite.

Ched Evans is a convicted rapist who's associates have named his victim on numerous occasions. Why do you think footage allegedly of her being on his own website shouldn't be investigated?

Because clearly she could not be identified. It was just a complete waste of time and money as has everything to do with this case.

His compensation will amount to £Millions when he gets cleared by the CCRC.
