I love loads of singers of all sorts of genres. Björk has an amazingly quirky and beautiful voice. Dolly Parton's is vocal purity. Sam Cooke's is golden. So many good singers out there but it would have to be Ella Fitzgerald as the absolute pinnacle for me. Listening to her is like eating honey.
