If it has had that effect for you op that is a positive start , however remember to modulate . living only in the now as the book simplistically repeated and suggests is the answer to all life's problems is no better that the negative senareo of dwelling in the past and or always wishing the future forward

A balance of happy reminiscence appreciating and respecting now and making positive plans for the future is my philosophy , but I'm not so cynical or money greedy to write a book about the obvious xxx
