I know I'm not that old but when I was growing up, I used to always rob the lemon curd tarts before anyone else. Which was your favourite

I love both.

But it has to be proper stuff.

The type you buy at a fete that some old lady has made.

Derbyshire

Sorry, can I up the ante?

Lemon Curd Meringue Roulade with Mascapone Cheese and Double Cream.

(It also uses up the spare egg whites from making the lemon curd)

Mr ddc

Lol.

You only get that on the third meet though.

2nd meet is just cheese on toast at half-time

Lime curd is lovely too.

Lemon curd sarnies were a childhood favourite. My Nan's homemade lemon curd and her marmalade are hard to beat.
