You could try starting a thread about them.

Hmm depends.

I wouldn't block or ignore though.

Just stop chatting.

Mind you I do that a lot apparently, depending on who you ask.

How would you like someone to end it with you.

If it's been a long term thing then I think being mature and breaking it off nicely is the decent thing to do,just because its swinging it shouldn't mean that normal rules of caring about someones feelings don't count when you're telling someone you don't want to see them again

To block and ignore isn't nice. I would prefer to do the decent thing and talk like adults and say it's done, move on x

Or perhaps they'll read it and see it was them that did the blocking and ignoring?!

"what is the best way to do this, say bye and thanks, or just block the person and ignore them?"

If it's a relationship... I'd class blocking them and ignoring a tad harsh.

They deserve to know its ended.

blocking and ignoring isn't a great way of going on if you've had an on going thing. It does happen though and its probably best to chalk it up to experience and move along

It's a shame when people don't have the courage to say they don't want to see you any more after a relationship. If it was a one off then it wouldn't be so bad but when you have gotten to know each other well the decent thing would be to say thanks but it's run its course.

This in a nutshell.. Blocking after a relationship be it swinging or not, is cowardly, the other party deserves more. Unless of course they've been a shit.

I try to treat others how I would like to be treated but unfortunately not everyone subscribes to this.

It's not easy being on the receiving end by that's how it rolls sometimes.

chin up x

"what is the best way to do this, say bye and thanks, or just block the person and ignore them?"

Depends, how does you fab relationship work? Had there been a mutual understanding from the beginning? The best you can do is explain why and hope they understand and you go your own separate ways. If they can't except your decision then I'm afraid it's time for 'tough love'

Good luck

Most people know the right way to do things, sadly some choose not to....usually for selfish reasons.

Perhaps the person who blocks and ignors them, couldn't reason or communicate with them anymore & had no choice but to do this.

If my FB decided he didn't want to meet me any more, I would expect him to say so, in fact I know he would. I would be the same with him.

Get real people

NSA means I don't have to really care emotionally about these people

Nor they me

So

Simply bye is adequate

Yeah but it's a regular swinging relationship you do end up caring about that person as a friend. It's just one you see naked often

an explanation first, I'd have thought! that is common decency surely?

then bye and thanks, then if they still persist....block!

If it was a regular thing and not someone I'd seen a couple of times and it had fizzled out. I'd like to just be told sorry I don't want to see you anymore. I'd do the same, no explanation needed just politeness.
