At private social meets I (female) always kiss the man on the cheek to spare him the worry of should he shouldn't he and if we meet a couple I kiss the woman on the cheek too. So I would say kiss on the cheek.

Depends on a few things. Sometimes I'll meet someone socially just because they seem a decent type but I don't fancy them at all and they know there's no chance of play. I might give one of these a peck on the cheek or might not touch at all.

However someone I'm very interested in having my wicked way with in the near future might get a hug, a more suggestive kiss on the cheek or even a kiss on the lips if they seem willing...
