do any of you lovely people go out looking for geo caches?

We did today with our children and had a good laugh as well as a nice 3 1/2 mile walk!

14 hidden boxes hidden just off the main pathway so there was one ever few hundred yards! Definitely made the walk seem shorter.

I dont but there's a few of my work mates who do. Was thinking of tagging along but they haven't been for a while now.

I've done it - what's not to like, looking for buried treasure.

I've found on Android the c:geo app is the best.

Allows you to store the details and maps so if you lose your Internet connection.

North Wales/Cheshire

We have been a few times, and it makes what could be a boring walk a lot more interesting.

Had loads of fun doing this, again as a family. Fustrating as hell when you can't locate one though and you know you're definitely in the right area then there under the brick with a piece of wood on top of it under that bush, boom!

Yes it's extremely frustrating when u just can't find it! I've got 2 that need dealing with. Mind even more frustrating yesterday was the warm sun, secluded location, picnic blanket in the bag and not being able to deal with the horn as it was a family day lol! Maybe next time

I've always had the free official app from iTunes but just upgraded in app to get extra caches that are all local to us, plus as its summer it's a good reason to get out as I've paid for the upgrade!!!!

Hawick

Best app was listed further up the chain.

We have been doing it for years now and the dogs love it and help too by whiles sniffing out the cache. We or they find a cache and its doggy treat time and on to the next one.
