Does it really work ?

My mate reckons its good for stopping smoking.

Has anyone ever tried it ?

As for the smoking, well i know about half a doz who have had it and 4 are still not smoking so it is successful for some.

My other half had acupuncture a few years back for severe period pains, it did her the world of good. She says she would recommend it.

Acupuncture does work, but please be cautious if you have any neurological problems. I had acupuncture, for whiplash, after a car accident. It helped with the pain, but lost some sensation down one side of my face.

If you go for it hope it works for you. N x

Im a qualified acupuncturist and clinical trials for ear acupuncture ( stopping smoking ) have been proved over 80% effective. I will be treating Pete soon as he wants to give up and has tried everything else!

I like the poster aboves comment that she would treat, who I presume is her better half, when he 'wants' to give up.

I truly believe that if the desire to quit smoking is not there nothing will work

I had acupuncture to stop smoking - it didn't work but then my mind set wasn't good at the time - I have been a few times and find it really, really relaxing and is great for stress - Z
