...does anyone else find it REALLY hard to smile for pics? No matter how hard I try, it almost always looks forced or creepy.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Smile from your eyes and it works.

A friend swears by the fake laugh hysterically, throw your head back and then snap the picture. She always looks great smiling in her pictures.

West Midlands

I hate smiling

I have bad teeth due to health reasons and being hit in the mouth by a baseball bat

But slowly I'm getting them fixed

I have to smile a big smile or I look miserable. I can't do demure or seductive. I've been told my smile goes up to my eyes too.

When I naturally smile Ive been told its lovely... But it has to be caught in the moment... Attempt to pose and smile I look like the joker never a good look...

Some people have that natural sparkle in their eyes.... Which I always looks fab on photos.

I think you pull off the sultry look rather well, its harder for guys though, we always have to try hard to not look hostile.

I struggle with posed smiling and I hate how my teeth look in photos. So my selfies are kind of a grumpy half smile, which is a bit like what my face looks like most of the time anyway.

P.O. Box DE1 0NQ

It usually takes 20 attempts to get a pic I'm even half remotely satisfied with

Just post your smile without the eyes and see what that looks like. Then I think we should all post smiling eyes pictures and see if people can tell we're smiling.

I truly just look shit in photos. I can't ever get a nice face pic smiling or otherwise....yet I don't think I look that bad when I look in a mirror.... Does a camera steal your attractiveness, I wonder?
